It Starts With Israel Medina

Israel watched his parents struggle, caught in a world of poverty and hardship. Immigration authorities arrested his father as an undocumented immigrant, leaving his mother and three children on their own. In time, his father rejoined the family, opened an auto shop in Odessa, and overcame the prior difficulties.

Israel Medina saw injustice as a young boy and an oil field worker doing structural welding, truck driving, and working as a plant maintenance technician. He witnessed documented and undocumented workers mistreated and placed in dangerous jobs. Israel knew even then what he needed to do to help them. He chose the law.

Education

Israel studied hard, as his parents taught him to. He received a B.A. in political science and Spanish at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. After attaining this goal, Israel went to Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating with a Juris Doctor, he opened his office as an oilfield accident lawyer in West Texas.

What Is Different About Medina Law Firm

Israel has a significant edge over other legal advocates in his quest to help injured workers who are often afraid to speak out. He speaks fluent Spanish, the language of his people. He has also worked in various oil and gas jobs. Both give him a head start when representing workers who can lose their jobs in 48 hours if they are incapable of working as they did before. It does not have to be this way. If you are injured and think you have no options, you are wrong. Let The Medina Law Firm help you get through a challenging time. At Medina Law, our team shares a common bond of Mexican heritage and speaks Spanish. This deep understanding of the language and culture is a crucial element that enhances our communication with our clients. Our clients are often scared and uncertain about their future, especially when facing high medical bills, lost wages, and the potential loss of their rights. Our shared background allows us to provide a level of comfort and reassurance that is often lacking in such difficult situations.
